Hello there good furry and fur-less readers,
He's currently nursing a wound on his right side which was inflicted by Trixie from all that rigorous rough fetching snatching game they play daily. Which explains why he's in a crate. Joe's really tough as nails, behaving really quite normally even if there were a gaping wound on his side ... until the Chief discovered (after his second favourite thing - a daily shower!) a wound on his right side under all his dark fur.
Last but not least on the list of the Blue Bandanna Series is none other than (barks, howls and woos) Joe-y!! That's what Chief affectionately calls ol' Joe the formidable Rottie.

'Hullo Chief! What's for dinner? '
I guess, there'll be less rough and tumble fetch-snatch play this evening with Joe. The V-E-T apparently is on his way over (Oh nos!) ... the Chief's worried her spraying of some noxious smelling concoction that makes us Dog Woods Pack Sneeze is not enough to clean and hasten the wound healing process.
'Yay! Dinner!
Anywoos, Chief is mumbling something about going broke having to pay all our medical bills! :P
So here be Joe and his definition of the how a blue Bandanna ought to be worn. I must warn you, gentle readers the next couple of photos are really quite scary!
Snoopy pleasantly reporting. Over and out!
Hey there! Sorree we haven't visited in a while. Mommee has been super busy, and she won't let us use the computer by ourselves. :(
ReplyDeleteJoe is very fearsome with the bandanna! We would not mess with him! We hope his wounds get better quickly--and that the V.E.T. won't have to be in his business too much!

Yes, time to see the Chief in the blue bandanna. Hope the gaping wound heals nicely but Joe doesn't look too happy in those last shots.

Rough housing does take a toll on the skin...Hootie & I always have some sort of little wounds it seems. Mostly Hootie does it to himself from biting at his allergies. Joe looks fierce! Snoopy, you look calm, cool and collected! hehe.
